A new study assessing the care received by people with a diagnosis of bipolar disorder is looking to recruit participants in Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire and Northamptonshire.

The ‘Implementing NICE guidelines on bipolar disorder’ study is looking at compliance with NICE guidelines and service user views about their care.

The study is looking for people with a diagnosis of bipolar disorder to complete a service user survey and/or give permission for researchers to access their medical care records to assess the care they have received. People can choose if they wish to take part in either one or both parts of the study.

The study is running in Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire and Northamptonshire and the study are hoping to recruit 200 from each area.
