
What is a CLAHRC?
CLAHRC-NDL (Collaboration for Leadership in Applied Health Research and Care - Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and Lincolnshire) is an applied health research partnership, funded by the National Institute for Health Research and one of only nine across England.
Our mission is to undertake high quality, applied research and related education in order to enable a 'step change' in the way research is delivered and services are designed. We foster knowledge transfer that improves the quality and effectiveness of health and social care delivery across the East Midlands.
CLAHRC-NDL is a collaboration between the University of Nottingham, nine NHS Trusts, NHS East Midlands and a local authority.
