Visiting scholar Dr Javier Saavedra

We are delighted to announce that Dr Javier Saavedra from The University of Seville, Spain will be with us through the month of July.  He will be at Nottingham as a Highfield Fellow, supported through the Centre for Advanced Studies.

In addition to giving various talks etc, he will be making himself available for one-to-one consultations with mental health research staff and all postgraduates on 26 and 27 July.  His particular interests include:

• Narrative methodology
• Narrative in mental health care
• Auditory hallucinations
• Schizophrenia
• Severe and enduring mental illness
