Overview: The aim of this module is to enable participants to critically examine the role, function and responsibilities of being a supervisor. It also enables participants to practice the role within a safe environment and receive positive feedback on performance. The module is intended for qualified practitioners seeking preparation for the supervisory role or seeking to understand the theory and practice supervision.
