Overview: This module is an introduction to evidenced-based family interventions for staff who work alongside carers. The module content presents an understanding of family intervention literature, family assessments and evidenced based approaches. These include health promotion strategies, utilising strengths and supports, coping and stress reduction, problem solving techniques and enhancing interpersonal communication.
