Overview: The integrative study module represents the culmination of modules for the degree programme within the BA (Hons) Health and Social Care Practice (Mental Health) framework. It enables you to synthesise learning from the other modules undertaken during your learning pathway and work independently, under supervision, on a chosen area in a systematic way. It is an extended piece of work and may take a number of forms such as extended case study, small research project, literature review, an audit or a teaching package. The style and manner of the study is negotiated and managed between you and the programme team. The module is self – directed, however you can access up to 12 hours of supervision from an identified supervisor and are given seven-eight self-directed study days over a six-month period.
