East Midlands Mental Health Research Network in partnership with South Yorkshire CRLN

East Midlands Mental Health Research Network in partnership with South Yorkshire CRLN Lead: Professor Richard Morriss

The East Midlands Mental Health Research Network (MHRN) in partnership with South Yorkshire CRLN provides support for large-scale, high-quality research into mental health and social care in the NHS. Projects running on the network investigate and test treatments for a wide range of mental health problems. Our services are available to both commercially and non-commercially funded projects.

East Midlands’ branch, or ‘Hub’, will help your research team to set up and run your clinical trials and other studies.  We have been assisting researchers in the East Midlands since 2004 and have built-up a considerable amount of expertise.  We can:
  • assist with recruitment and assessments
  • work with service users and carers who wish to participate in the research process
  • help with local governance approvals
  • help you access clinicians and services
  • assist you in finding potential collaborators locally and in other regions.
The Hub is a partnership between the universities of Lincoln and Nottingham, Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust, Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, Derbyshire Mental Health Services NHS Trust and South Yorkshire CLRN.
