Director of CLAHRC NDL: Professor Graeme Currie

CLAHRC NDL stands for Collaboration for Leadership in Applied Health Research and Care - Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and Lincolnshire

The CLAHRC is designed to accelerate the translation of evidence-based innovation into service delivery in priority areas for patient benefit. There are four clinical themes within the CLAHRC (primary care, mental health, stroke rehabilitation and children and young people) and four research projects within each clinical theme. These are linked to research and education focused upon implementation issues. 

CLAHRC brings together: clinical research and implementation research, university research and NHS and local authority practice, commissioners and providers; service users and carers with research and practice.

Partners involved in CLAHRC NDL are: Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust, NHS Nottingham City, NHS Nottinghamshire County, Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust, NHS Derby City, Derbyshire County PCT, Derbyshire Mental Health NHS Trust, Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, Bassetlaw PCT, NHS East Midlands, University of Nottingham and Nottingham City Council.
