Academic Board Lead: Professor Nick Manning

 

The Academic Board was set up in 2004 within Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust to award postgraduate diplomas, initially for graduates of its leadership programme, Development for Leaders. This programme was run by the Trust in association with the Open University Business School, and the Academic Board was licensed by the Open University Validation Service (OUVS). This is the only Academic Board that exists within the NHS to have been fully licensed to award Open University diplomas.
